No. NewHub connects to your Qlik Cloud tenant through a secure OAuth client. There's no migration, export or nightly sync — your data stays in Qlik.
Minutes. You connect the tenant, apply your logo, colors and domain, and invite the team with single sign-on.
Single sign-on via your identity provider (OAuth/OIDC), tenant isolation enforced in the database, and granular roles from viewer to workspace admin. Each user inherits exactly the same Qlik access rules — whether via Spaces access control, Collections or Section Access. And NewHub also lets you build the menu by Folders, mixing apps from different Spaces.
No. Conversational AI is included in the plan — no per-question billing and no surprises on your invoice.
Yes. On top of the per-seat subscription, there's a one-time assisted-setup fee — we configure the AI chat on your apps, apply your brand and prepare the environment for rollout. The amount is scoped to the number of users and the complexity of your apps, and a specialist confirms it with you before you start. To try it out, the trial has no setup cost.
No. NewHub ships with a proprietary AI engine that lets apps be enabled manually, but the accuracy of the answers depends directly on the context provided for each Qlik app. Cluster offers optional paid support to help you build the ideal context.
AI is included in every plan. Each license (user) adds 60 queries per month to a single balance, shared across the whole account (e.g. 10 licenses (users) = 600 queries/month for the team to use however they like). The balance resets at the start of each month. There's no fixed per-person cap: heavier users are offset by lighter ones. When the account balance runs out, the admin can unlock more queries on the spot by buying a pack from Cluster.
Each client is accessed through a dedicated subdomain, in the form workspacename.newhub.com. And the identity is yours: you customize logo, colors and fonts, and the environment becomes your product.
Yes. NewHub evolves constantly, with new updates every two months (a bimonthly cadence).
Yes. Users open tickets right from the NewHub interface, and it's all managed through the NewHub Admin.
