02Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, organization and workspace address), the Qlik Cloud connection details you configure, and technical data such as log and usage information needed to run the service.
03How we use information
To provide and secure your workspace, authenticate users, deliver support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
04Your Qlik data
NewHub embeds your Qlik Cloud objects live. Your analytics data stays in your Qlik Cloud tenant — we do not copy or store it. Access is governed by your roles and per-tenant isolation.
05Data sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run NewHub (such as hosting and infrastructure), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where required by law.
06Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, per-tenant row-level isolation and role-based access controls to protect your information.
07Data retention
We keep account and workspace data while your workspace is active, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after closure, except where the law requires otherwise.
08Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at info@clusterdesign.io and we'll respond within applicable timeframes.
09Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to workspace administrators.
