Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of NewHub, operated by Cluster ("Cluster", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using NewHub you agree to these terms.
01The service
NewHub is a branded analytics workspace that embeds your Qlik Cloud content. You are responsible for your own Qlik Cloud subscription and the data within it.
02Accounts & workspaces
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity within your workspace and for the users you invite.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse NewHub, attempt to breach its security or tenant isolation, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content.
04Plans & payment
Free plans are offered as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are scoped per organization by Cluster; fees, scope and billing terms are set out in your order or agreement.
05Your data & Qlik
You retain all rights to your data. NewHub accesses your Qlik Cloud tenant only as needed to display your content and never copies it outside your control.
06Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect access.
07Intellectual property
NewHub, including its software and design, is owned by Cluster. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not to copy or resell it.
08Disclaimers & liability
NewHub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cluster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
09Termination
You may stop using NewHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your workspace data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
